It really does feel like you have a friendly and warm voice there. This is the first planner I have ever seen that is designed and written in a supportive tone. 'You are doing okay' instead of a disciplined tone of 'what are you going to do to be better?' This planner stands out because it positions things in a compassionate and supportive way 'say what you feel out loud, its safe and not stupid, whatever it is. And don't worry if you don't know how to get there, here's an idea or two to get started'.
With other agendas, it was hard to find space that I can regularly refer to for my running "to do list". What I enjoy with The Hygge Planner is the simplicity in design & having designated space to allow me to take care of myself. (published with the author's authorization)
